INSTRUCTIONS

TITLE BAR:

ITR - Blog Setup Page - Michael Dixon - ITR-UK & Global

Remember: ITR (space) - (space) 'Blog Title' (space) ITR (Your Country i.e. USA - AU - NZ - SA - CAN - SPAIN - MED - AFRICA (it has to be short to fit over onto MySpace Blogs)

BODY:

Upload your Photo used in ITR Blogs by going to the Picture in the Tool Bar and following link 'Browser' back to you computer Photo File and highlight and Upload (but make sure you set the position to NONE on the left button under the picture before Uploading) this back to the Blogger - remember not to make it too large as it will take ages to upload and my be rejected as being too big.

Note: Use Bold only under Photo name and details (as it is the smallest Text it makes it stand out).

Note: Use Bold on the Title & any Sub Headings and Centralise if needed.

Under the Picture put i.e. Michael Dixon - ITR-UK (Add Team if you have a Team i.e. West Coast Team) - make the Text the smallest ('T' in Tool Bar)

ITR BANNER:

This can be copied and pasted.

HEADING:

The Heading should be the Largest ('T' in the Tool Bar) but if the Title is Long then split the Title up with Double Line between each Text Line or it will appear as a Jumbled mess. Otherwise make the Text 'Large'
All Body Text should be 'Normal' in size.

Put the body of your Blog in by copy & paste method but remember any photos or pictures for the Blog have to be saved to your hard drive (Desk Top) and uploaded as above or else the Blogger won't properly integrate and when I copy the Blog and paste into MySpace - their Blogger will not include the Pictures (Important)

Make sure you splite the paragraphs up - if the body text is too long people will tire of trying to read - so split up the text into sensible paragraphs.

Make sure you add your pictures and then drag and drop between the paragraphs and 'centre' them using the Tool Bar above Text Centring tool.

PHOTOS:

Under each photo - give the credits to who the photo belongs to or who you got the Blog from.
If you took the picture put under the title your name i.e. Photo - Michael Dixon - ITR-UK make the text size the smallest under 'T' in the Tool Bar - then add Bold to the text to make it stand out.

LABELS:

In the bottom bar here you'll see 'Labels for this Post'. Just type in InTouchRadio - this gives our filing system a title - please don't change this. Make sure you put the Label on every Blog - it is a Manual proceedure.
